REMEMBERING JOHN SAMUEL

Kogarah Clubhouse is a better place for having known John Samuel. The beloved Chairman and Life Member of the Club passed away in August 2017, aged 84. His association with Kogarah RSL began in 1956, with his 61 years of service making him one of the longest serving members in the Club’s history. In recent times, John was instrumental in the leadership he showed in realising plans to revitalise the Club.

Our Community

Since the early days of passing around a hat or holding a blanker muster, through to more recent support of fantastic local organizations like Kookaburra Kids, community welfare has been central to the Club and Sub-Branch. Kogarah Clubhouse prides itself on being a welcoming place for members and their visitors.
